Harrison House Redevelopment

A major redevelopment for essential campus housing.

M+A Architects has partnered with Arcadia Development and InnTowne Properties to demolish the 12-story Harrison Apartments building at 222 W. Lane Ave and replace with an exciting new development. The project would replace the 54-year-old Harrison House apartment building with three buildings that would include 361 apartments and doubling the current bed count from 336 to 767, potentially reaching over 800 beds.

Overall, the development would hold 361 apartment units. The development plans also call for 22,874 square feet of offices and 7,191 square feet of restaurants. A four-story internal parking garage would have room for 426 cars.

This project will almost double the number of students in a facility, meeting a great need for the University's housing. It will also be the first new high rise on OSU's campus in more than 40 years. A once in a lifetime opportunity, this project is located on one of the premier streets on campus, located directly across from the campus.

Construction is hoped to begin in the Summer of 2021, and completion of the building by 2024.
