The Pixon is an 11-story building made up of 201 rental units with roughly 26,000 SF of ground floor retail and an adjoining 370 space parking garage. Amenity areas provided throughout include a rental office, fitness center, outdoor courtyard garden, and a sky deck lounge.
This project provides a retreat for residents wanting to live in an energetic and high-spirited community. Multiple levels of interaction for social gatherings and groups were infused throughout in a leisure or gallery like atmosphere.
M+A worked with team members to refine every detail and finish to reinforce the unique and artisan feel of the development. Careful attention was given to designing a cost-effective yet artistic place for people to enjoy.
