New affordable housing development for seniors.

The facility will feature 70 new units that are situated around a main public square that is the center of activity for the residents and is connected to the primary community spaces within the building. Common spaces include a fitness room, theater, salon, and computer lab. The design promotes and encourages resident interactions to help increase the quality of life.
