Engagement + Experience Manager
Molly Preston serves as the Engagement + Experience Manager for M+A, responsible for the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Committee and building the firm’s culture from the inside out. Molly works to lead a culture that celebrates the diversity of differences, recognizing their value individually and their power collectively. She is always finding ways to engage everyone on the firm’s shared journey of innovative design, one that is meant to elevate human experiences and encourage a better future.
